RENT COLLECTION

Collecting rent is the name of the game as a landlord, and you want somebody that can collect the rent reliably every month. The first step is making things easy for the tenant to pay their rent quickly. Tenants have the option of paying their rent online right from their checking account and once we collect the funds, we direct deposit them into your bank account.

Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely important to us. At Tenant Planet, Inc. we pride ourselves on our accurate bookkeeping as well as our airtight processes. We make things easy for you by paying your investment property’s mortgage, insurance, property taxes, utilities, as well as all maintenance invoices. As the property owner, you can stay in touch with the finances of your investment property through your detailed reports and owners’ statements which you will receive every month. At the end of every year we will send you statements for that year, a 1099 to report your income, as well as all invoices from that year. Your tax preparer will love you.

LEASE ENFORCEMENT

In the unfortunate event that a tenant is in default of their lease, making the right moves at the right time is essential to insuring that you get what you are entitled to. We will issue all notices required for your rental property and stay in communication with the tenant to help get the tenant back on track. And if the tenancy happens to “go sour” then we will work quickly to recover your rental property and get it rented again as soon as possible.

Bill Pay

While we always pay vendors directly from the rental funds, if you would like, we can also pay property related recurring bills like the mortgage, HOA, property insurance or property taxes as well. Some clients prefer to keep paying those themselves, either way works for us.
